EverBank Wholesale Lending Announces Atlanta Office Opening

Jacksonville, FL - EverBank® EverBank welcomes six Account Executives to its new Atlanta Wholesale Lending office - offering residential first, second, portfolio arms, government and jumbo mortgage loans throughout the North Georgia area.

The Atlanta branch will be managed by Mike DiCarlo who has over 21 years of experience in residential wholesale mortgage lending, most recently with American Mortgage Network. Joining Mr. DiCarlo as Account Executives are:
- Nell Zach - With over 15 years of experience in residential wholesale mortgage lending, most recently with American Mortgage Network, Ms. Zach will be responsible for originating new loans in the Atlanta area.
- Brenda G. Stewart - With over 39 years of experience in residential wholesale mortgage lending, most recently with Fifth Third Mortgage, Ms. Stewart will be responsible for originating new loans in the Atlanta area.
- Matthew T. Quagliana - With over 5 years of experience in residential wholesale mortgage lending, most recently with Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Mr. Quagliana will be responsible for originating new loans in the Atlanta area.
- David M. Hamilton - With over 20 years of experience in residential wholesale mortgage lending, most recently with 1st Mariner Mortgage, Mr. Hamilton will be responsible for originating new loans in Eastern Tennessee.
- Nancy Ann Barter - With over 12 years of experience in residential wholesale mortgage lending, most recently with Loan City, Ms. Barter will be responsible for originating new loans in the Atlanta area.
- Mike Pogue - With over 20 years of retail banking experience and 3 years of experience in residential wholesale mortgage lending, most recently with Loan City, Mr. Pogue will be responsible for originating new loans in the Atlanta area.
